Review process and Notification of Abstract status

All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process. The Organising Committee will allocate abstracts to the program taking into account the balance of the program.

An acknowledgment email will be sent as confirmation of receipt of your abstract. After the review process, a notification email will be sent to the submitting author by 1 July 2017. Please note it is the submitting author’s responsibility to forward this notification to the presenting author.

Once the abstracts have been assessed, the overall program will be formulated to set the various sessions and presentation duration. A draft will be posted on the web site as soon as it is available and you will be notified by email.

Abstracts submitted for oral presentations that cannot be accommodated within the program will be considered and reviewed for a poster presentation.
